We will hold the 24th session of our “Learn & Connect: 5.40 Lecture Series” on Thursday, October 22, 2026 at 5.40 pm. In this session, Prof. Ömer Delialioğlu, Advisor to the METU President and faculty member at the Department of Computer Education and Instructional Technology, will join us with his presentation titled “Learning with AI: Think Critically, Use Responsibly.”

This talk will explore the importance of critical thinking and the conscious, responsible use of technology in the age of artificial intelligence. Drawing on contemporary examples and thought-provoking insights, Prof. Delialioğlu will invite us to reflect on how we think, question, and engage with technology more thoughtfully and responsibly in an AI-driven world.

Following the seminar, we will gather for a “Connect” session in the foyer area of our Culture and Convention Center.
