NON-ODTÜ VISITORS
- Those who are not a ODTÜ staff, student, alumni will be able to enter Campus as the guest of someone belonging to one of these groups during the Spring Fest (on May, 7-10).
- Drivers who arrive as guests of ODTÜ academic or administrative staff will be able to enter Campus via Gates A-1 (Eskişehir Highway) and A-7 (Bilkent Road) provided that the security staff have been previously notified.
- Guest drivers must abide by the traffic regulations on Campus, park their cars in the designated parking spaces, and must not enter Campus from the A-4 entrance gate.
- Visitors invited to the campus by a ODTÜ student or alumni must be accompanied by those who have invited them when entering Campus. The guests may enter Campus upon identity control and under the responsibility of the invitor.
- Vehicles of guests invited by a ODTÜ student or graduate will not be allowed to enter Campus.
- It is of utmost importance that those visiting ODTÜ throughout the Fest abide by the Campus rules and be vigilant in cooperating with the staff on duty.
