HEALTH INSURANCE OF FOREIGN STUDENTS

Dear Students,

 

As you know the University Senate has decided that all international students who entered the university in 2005 and later are required to have a health insurance.

 

Therefore, international undergraduate and graduate students who entered the university in 2005 and later have to renew their health insurance for one year. They have to renew their insurance till the interactive registrations ( September 23 – 25); otherwise, they will not be able to register for the Fall Semester.

 

You are supposed to bring the documents which show that you have a valid health insurance to the International Students Office, no later than September 22, 2009.  If you fail to prove that you are insured until that deadline, you will not be able to register for the Fall Semester.

 

We have found out that, AXA Company offers the most economic one year health insurance for students. Those who prefer AXA Insurance Company may buy a health insurance which will be valid until September 2010, by paying 175.73 TL to the bank account number below. You must certainly indicate your student id number while paying the fee to the bank. Otherwise, the system cannot recognize your payment.

 

Note: If you prefer AXA, you do not need to bring your receipt to our office. Your payment will automatically let you register. However, if you buy another health insurance, you must bring the relevant documents to our office until the deadline above.

YABANCI ÖĞRENCİLER İÇİN SAĞLIK SİGORTASI

 

Değerli Öğrenciler,

 

2005 ve sonrası girişli olup burslu olmayan lisans ve lisansüstü yabancı öğrencilerin bir yıllık sağlık sigortası yaptırmaları gerekmektedir. Öğrenciler, kayıt yaptırabilmek için sağlık sigortalarını yenilemek zorundadır. Aksi takdirde 23-25 Eylül tarihleri arasında gerçekleşecek olan etkileşimli kayıt döneminde kayıt yaptırmayacaklardır.

 

Geçerli bir sağlık sigortanız olduğunu gösteren belgeleri en geç 22 Eylül 2009 tarihine kadar Uluslararası Öğrenciler Ofisi'ne getirmeniz gerekmektedir. Bu tarihe kadar gerekeni yapmayan öğrencilerin, etkileşimli kayıt yaptırmaları mümkün olmayacaktır.

 

Bu sene yapılan araştırmalara göre, AXA firmasının grup indiriminin en ekonomik seçenek olduğu görülmüştür

 

Sağlık sigortası için AXA Firması’nı tercih edecek öğrenciler, aşağıda belirtilen banka hesap numarasına 175.73 TL yatırarak, 2010 Eylül ayına kadar geçerli olacak bir sağlık sigortası yaptırabilirler. Ucreti yatirirken, bankada mutlaka öğrenci numaranızı belirtmeniz gerekiyor. Aksi takdirde, sistem, ödeme yaptığınızı anlayamaz.

 

Not: Eğer AXA şirketinden sigorta yaptırırsanız, dekontu ofisimize getirmenize gerek yoktur. Sigortanizi yenilediginiz, sistem tarafindan otomatik olarak anlasilacaktir. Ancak eğer farklı bir sigortanız varsa, belgelerinizi yukarıda belirtilen tarihe kadar ofisimize getirmeniz gerekmektedir.
