The course will be open to students from all departments and might be very useful for them in dealing with stressful aspects of university life. Besides teaching them theoretical and empirical bases of stress and coping, the students are encouraged to identify what they are already doing to manage stress effectively and what more they can do to improve their strength in preparation for challenges of life.
