Takım Kaptanlarının 19 Kasım 2009 saat 19.30'da Büyük Spor Salonunda yapılacak Teknik Toplantıya katılmaları zorunludur.

Başvuru formları 3 Kasım 2009 tarihinden itibaren Büyük Spor Salonu danışmasından temin edilebilir.

Türkiye'nin en büyük kamu ve özel kuruluşlarının katıldığı fuarda çeşitli eğitim seminerleri de düzenlenmektedir. Ankara Kariyer Fuarı, Ankara içinden ve dışından gelen tüm üniversite öğrencilerine açıktır.

Sport Nutrition; (Content of the seminar program)

Sport Nutrition seminar program will be held on every Friday in meeting hall of Academic Sport Centre at 14:00-18:00 for the following 10 weeks. Seminars will be presented as bilinguals (as in Turkish and English). Certificate will be given at the end of the program. Seminars will be free without payment and aims to be a guide for the maintenance of sport quality and performance for the person.Sport Nurtirion; (Content of the seminar program)Nutrition for sport, nutrition program before and after training. Vitamines, minerals, proteins, protein supplements, carbohydrates and carbo loading, energizers and their effect mechanism, antioxidants and oxidative stress control, resveratrol rich foods, ısoflovenes, isoflavone rich foods, and their importance in sport and performance. Omega 3 fats, fat and oil matter in sport kitchen, beneficial and harmful fats for sport and performance, hormones, dopings and their applications, bone and muscle health in sport and nutrition, food additives and health, cholesterol and sport, nutrition strategy in sport.
